In the Dog Days of summer, this is the cocktail I find most refreshing. It’s citrusy, tart with a hint of sweetness. Perfection!Do yourself a favor and do it old school. No fresh cranberry juice here, just good old-fashioned Ocean Spray Cranberry Juice Cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons fresh squeezed lime juice (45 ml, 1½ fluid ounces)
  • 1 Tablespoon Triple Sec (15 ml, ½ fluid ounce)
  • 2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice (30 ml, 1 fluid ounce) or roughly the juice of ½ lime
  • 2 Tablespoons cranberry juice cocktail (30ml, 1 fluid ounce)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake at least thirty times or until the shaker is very cold to the touch.
  2. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a lime slice. Enjoy!
